The library of Mar Athanasius college is named after Prof. M. P. Varghese, the doyen of education, an economist and great visionary. It is housed in an exclusive three storied building having 25,194 sq.ft. space. A spacious section for periodicals, network resource centre, reference section and stack area ensures readers' comfort in the library. M. P. Varghese library holds the unique record of being the first automated college library in Kerala and the first college library to have internet facility.
